Thinking about a Switch...
Hey, still on hiatus, but I'm thinking about switching to Wordpress for my blog. I've been using it for another blog and really like some of the features. Anyone have any opinions? I've found blogger to just be a little tedious in comparison. As an aside, work is going well and I'm finally starting to get the hang of Lightwave even tho I'm not yet a believer.

Ryan here...i've just setup wordpress on my server. www.hagenanimaion.com. Have a look and if you have any questions let me know at work and i'll help you out as much as I can.
um...its www.hagenanimation.com....sooner or later i'll learn myself how to spell and stuff...but only after i'm done with my segment:)

Hey Drew you know me, I love my wordpress. It works very nicely. There is only one thing that I have come across. It can be hard to create gallerys or upload videos. Its good to hear that all is well, see ya Drew.
Wordpress makes blogger sit in the bathroom and cry when it comes to sorting your posts, and you know, looking nice.
I've found it pretty simple to create galleries...some minor issues here and there. As for uploading my movies and imbeding them....well...I haven't tried yet:) Shouldn't be too difficult I wouldn't think...I should be getting into that next week sometime so i'll let you know

posts videos on his wordypress site and it seems to be working out. Also, I've got wordpress running on my Threeredballoons site and there are plenty of videos in there. As far as i know there haven't been any problems. They popup in new little windows, which is how i like 'em, and the windows are tiny, which is good.

Oh yeah, you can also keep your blogger account, but have a link to your blog on any other site. that's real nice-like.
Did you get your degree yet? Mine hasn't shown up yet and it only disappoints me more in that school.
